The land on which the house is built has a surface of 5000 m2 and the internal surface of the house contains 200 m2. When arriving, you enter a spacious private parking area which leads to the well-lit entrance. In the entrance patio, a hibiscus plant and a fragrant jasmine grow on the sides of the broad steps that lead to the main door. The surrounding grounds count 23 olive trees, from which we produce our own olive oil, various rosemary plants and other local Cycladic flora.

Broad verandas surround the entire house, which offer sunny spots, but also enough shady spaces under the bamboo pergolas. The main veranda is equipped with a large outside dining table with armchairs and leads to wide marble stairs that enter the infinity swimming pool of 40 m2. It is a perfect place for enjoying the villa’s spectacular views, during daytime, but also at night due to the excellent outside discrete illumination. Next to the pool there is a sunbathing terrace with a big parasol, sun beds and an outside shower.

Inside the villa, there is a spacious air-conditioned high ceiling living room with large windows and doors that can be opened towards the terrace. The furniture contains a four-seat sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table. On a higher level, connected to the living room by some stairs, you can find the study room with a wooden bureau and a folding sofa bed for two.

The dining room with kitchen is connected to the living room by a broad rising (3 steps) stairway. Here you find an 8-persons wooden dining table with chairs, and there is a door through which you can easily access the outside dining table. The joined kitchen is fully equipped: four ring electric stovetop with oven, electric kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee and Greek coffee maker, a large refrigerator/freezer combo, toaster, air fryer, electric orange juicer, a dishwasher, serveware, etc.

On the lower level of the house (6 stairs) there are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet. The master bedroom has a double bed with a ceiling fan above, air-conditioning and a large built-in closet. There is also the possibility to place a baby cot here on request. The other two bedrooms both have two single beds, air-conditioning and each room has its own built-in closet. The iron frames of all the beds were manufactured by a local blacksmith.

The larger bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower, two wash basins with a large mirror above, and some cabinets and a washing machine underneath. Next to the bathroom there is a separate toilet. The other bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a single wash basin with a cabinet underneath and a mirror.

There are also radiators throughout the entire house for visits during the colder periods. The entire house is connected to WI-FI. Although we are connected to the main electricity grid, the power is fully generated by our own solar panels, which makes the house CO2-neutral.
