Villa Malia is situated in the middle of the Cycladic Island of Syros and stands out because of its unique style and colours. From the sunny terrace and its infinity pool, the villa offers beautiful views of the island and the sea. There are several terraces surrounding the villa where you can always find a spot to your liking in the sun or shade.
The villa is in principle suitable for six people, but it can also be arranged to accommodate two additional guests.
Although the villa is in a peaceful and quiet place with a fantastic view, the city and the beaches are easily accessible within a fifteen-minute car ride.
The Property
OVERVIEW
The land on which the house is built has a surface of 5000 m2 and the internal surface of the house contains 200 m2. When arriving, you enter a spacious private parking area which leads to the well-lit entrance. In the entrance patio, a hibiscus plant and a fragrant jasmine grow on the sides of the broad steps that lead to the main door. The surrounding grounds count 23 olive trees, from which we produce our own olive oil, various rosemary plants and other local Cycladic flora.
Accessibility
The guests can use the entire house.
It is recommended that you do not enter the basement where all the pool electro-mechanical equipment and the heating boiler are. Also, access to the roof is prohibited for safety reasons.
It is highly recommended that you have a car during your stay.

Interaction with the guests
If we have your mobile nr. upon your arrival in the port or the airport of Ermoupolis, Giannis will contact you providing instructions on how to reach the house.
Giannis has been taking care of the house since it was built, and he knows all the details. You can contact him any time during the day if you have questions about the house. He will visit anyway the house early every morning to clean the pool (between 07:00-08:00), but you do not have to worry since he is very quiet and discreet.
You can also contact the host, Eva, by messaging and she will answer you asap.
About Eva:
I live in Amsterdam with my husband and two teenage kids. We have been going on holiday to the amazing Villa Malia in Syros ever since my daughter was just a baby. My son is also a huge fan of the island and loves snorkelling at all its beaches. We like the fact that Syros is very versatile. We can just relax at home and play in the pool, but we can also enjoy all the culture and beaches that Syros has to offer. We are happy to share this lovely home with you.
